We are just 10 minutes walk from Cupar, an old market town to the north of the Lomond Hills. There is a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, a good public transport system and ideally situated for visiting the historic town of St Andrews, 20 minutes drive away.

St Andrews is a former royal burgh on the east coast of Fife, named after St Andrew the Apostle. The town is home to golf and the University of St Andrews, the third oldest university in the English - speaking world and the oldest in Scotland.
