Acceptance of Booking
Confirmation of booking assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person placing the booking. Please read these terms carefully. If there's anything you are not sure about, please e-mail us in advance and we'll be happy to discuss.
All personal information supplied by you will remain confidential and only be used in connection with your booking with us. When you make a booking with us we collect the names of all guests that will be staying, an email or mobile number of the person making the booking. We will use your email address or mobile number to send you confirmation of your booking, more details on how to find us and other information you may find useful for your stay. After your stay you may receive an automatic email from our booking system asking you to fill in a feedback form.
You have a right to ask us to remove these contact details from our system after the booking process is complete. (This does not include your registration details or our financial records which we are required to keep).
We do not collect or store your payment card details on our system.
No deposit required. We accept payment of your account on arrival by Cash or Card.
Daily Room Servicing
Your room will be serviced and the house will be closed for cleaning between 11:00 & 16:00 each day. Please inform us if you require access to your room during these times.
Limitation of liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety of guests, the house and grounds are used entirely at guests’ own risk. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand immediate withdrawal of any persons behaving in a manner detrimental to the property or the comfort of guests.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to find you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
